The Arc Macon supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to lead meaningful and dignified lives through community integration and inclusion.
Our Focus
At The Arc Macon, we believe that people with developmental disabilities have the same rights and responsibilities as every other citizen and that all people should have the opportunity to experience fulfillment in their lives. We also believe that individual rights are enriched through services that provide advocacy and support according to an individual's strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
The Arc Macon is a 501(c)3 non-profit, and we greatly appreciate the support of our community in our efforts to better serve the needs of those we serve. If we can ever answer any questions about our services, or if you are interested in becoming involved, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Advocacy
We work to make certain that people with developmental disabilities have an integrated, meaningful life with an opportunity to live, work, and play as they choose; it is the right thing to do.
Residential
The Arc Macon Residential program strives to provide quality residential housing options which facilitate opportunities for individuals to become fully integrated and involved in their community.
